                Did not ship my order nor called me to inform delivery

                I did not receive my order. It should have been delivered to 2nd floor, vf agunod office, and it should be given to me.

We followed up with Ninjavan regarding your package and was told that due to the typhoon and weather conditions earlier this month they are still experiencing some delays in the region.                 Pleasantly Surprised and Addicted

                I don't post reviews, but making an exception. Took the plunge to get a King set - the family likes it so much that the hubby can't wait for the bamboo set in between washes, so ended up getting 3 more! The price might be a little higher but for me, sleep is essential. Kudos also to the customer and tech support: quick replies with instant solutions. The only cons I can think of is having to adjust detergents as the recom is to use mild ones. Also, it loses the "shine" or "silky" look after each wash. This is especially true for my weighted blanket covers.
