How do I wash my sheets?

The best way to take care of your bamboo sheets is to: Machine wash cold. Do not use bleach. Use mild clear colored detergent. Tumble dry on gentle cycle. Low heat iron if necessary. For oil stains (body oils and lotions) spot clean with a mild dish washing liquid first before machine wash.

Do your sheets wrinkle?

Unlike other sheet brands we ensure that our manufacturing partners do not use any artificial wrinkle-free
chemicals. Your luxury bamboo sheets will not wrinkle as much as other cotton products but you may encounter
natural wrinkles as part of the washing and drying process.

We recommend hang drying to prevent significant wrinkling. If you use a dryer, we recommend removing your
sheets 5 minutes before the cycle ends and hang dry until completely dry.

How long does Shipping take?

We ship orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Metro Manila Deliveries: 3-5 days upon courier pick up

Provincial Deliveries: 7-10 days upon courier pick up

We also offer same day delivery for an extra P200 (within Metro Manila only, 3PM daily cutoff Monday through Saturday excluding holidays).

Love love love the blanket! I'm so glad i got past my hesitation to buy it without actually seeing and touching it. It really helped that customer service responded to my questions promptly and clearly :) For me, this blanket feels like a sturdy soft baby swaddle that's thick enough to keep me warm, but not too thick that i feel smothered.
