Bamboo Luxury Duvet Cover

I purchased a complete bedding set and duvet cover from Linen & Homes last month. Before using them, we carefully washed everything according to the care instructions on their website. We're familiar with bamboo linens and understand that they require gentle handling, so we took extra care.

Despite this, after just three weeks of use, three of the pillowcases started to develop himulmol (pilling), making them look worn and old. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since the items had only been washed once—exactly as instructed.

I reached out to Linen & Homes via Facebook, hoping for a helpful resolution. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was unapologetic and quick to shift the blame to us, suggesting the damage may have been caused by how we washed the items. They did agree to replace one pillowcase but insisted on picking up one of the damaged ones—despite the fact that three were affected.

For a brand that markets itself as premium, both the product quality and customer service were disappointing. The fabric didn’t hold up, and the lack of empathy or accountability from their team left a bad impression. I won’t be purchasing from Linen & Homes again.

I have been a bamboo sheets/clothing  lover for years now. They're soft, cool and lighter. But from my old bamboo brand to L&H I switched. Fibers are thicker, a lot of color variety to choose from, and an outstanding before and after sales customer service. Discounts are bunos. L&H has been my obsession since pandemic.haha

The best, it feels very luxurious and very smooth. Purchase another 2 sets. Hope the quality will be the same as my last purchased.

Hi. I bought the duvet covers as Christmas gift for my sister. She already has your blanket - cover set and needed an alternate for when the existing cover gets removed for cleaning. She liked the gift, but asked me this question that I am passing on to you people. "Why is your twin duvet cover way larger than your padded blanket?"

So happy your are introducing more prints in your collection! Most (if not all) bamboo bedsheets available here in PH are plain so having prints is really great. I also love that you added ribbons in the middle so the duvet filler will surely not move. Looking forward to

This is my second time to order and my 3rd&4th set! It is pricier compared to other sheets but trust me...it’s a very good investment bc the quality is excellent! It really feels soft yet sturdy! I always get the best sleep when we are using this, compared to other bedsheets that we have. So we decided to just completely switch 100% to bamboo! It beats all other threadcount of bedsheets! Worth every penny!

bamboo easily beats all my n-threadcount beddings.. so soft, comfy and cool-to-touch.. only superlative adjectives to describe the quality.. so worth it!

Fabric is cool to the touch even after wash. It gives you that hotel feel and sense of comfort . Kids and I love it!

Love the sheets! It has a cooling effect and feels sooo good against the skin. I just wish there were more more strings to secure the duvet cover to your CloudLight comforter. Comforter keeps on moving so that at times the duvet cover doesn't have any comforter on some sides.

The bamboo blend has a soothing cooling effect. I did the right choice to get these with the comforter, bedsheet and pillowcases.

It's very comfortable to sleep in but the material seems too delicate it may not last a number of washes.

I don't really use my duvet cause i find it warm when I don't crank up my AC. But ever since I started using the duvet cover, I always look forward to going to bed. It feels so nice on the skin. It's worth the purchase. Will buy the bed covers next time.

I initially bought bed sheet and pillowcases just to try these bamboo quality sheets. When my husband and I used it, we didn’t want to get out our bed. Then I decided to buy the duvet cover for our comforter, just to match our bed sheet. Just want to say one word to describe it — Heaven!!! ❤️❤️❤️
