30-Night Sleep Trial — Risk Free

We believe in our sheets so much that we’ll let you sleep on them for 30 nights before deciding. Not happy? Return for store credit. No questions asked.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Place your order and receive your sheets.
  2. Sleep on them. Wash them. Live in them for up to 30 nights.
  3. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we’ll arrange a return for store credit.

Note: Reward points earned on the original purchase are non-refundable. Items purchased at sale price and mattress toppers are not included in the 30-night trial and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Please read the washing instructions before the first wash. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to improper washing.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

We ship Monday through Saturday on a first-in, first-out basis. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

When will I receive my order?

Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

Provincial areas: 3–7 business days

Same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila for orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday through Saturday (select this option at checkout).

How much does shipping cost?

Orders ₱1,499 and below: ₱100 standard shipping

Orders ₱1,500 and above: FREE standard shipping, nationwide

Same-day delivery (Metro Manila only): ₱250

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

If you’re within your 30-night trial window, email us at hello@linenandhomes.com or call 0917-812-5183. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please note: items must be returned in a clean, washable condition. We cannot accept returns on heavily soiled or damaged items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders from third-party vendors (Lazada, Nest Manila, Knots & Pans, Birch Registries, Zalora) or retail partners such as Rustan’s. Kindly contact them directly for their policies.

What do I receive for a return?

Approved returns receive store credit — valid for any product on linenandhomes.com. Reward points from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days and we’ll help you swap to the right size or colour, subject to stock availability.
