When will my order ship?

We have resumed daily deliveries (Monday through Saturday). It will be scheduled on a first in first out basis. Usually we are able to ship out packages within 24 hours (Monday through Saturday) from receiving your paid order. You will receive an email confirmation/ text message with the tracking code when your package is on the way.

When will I receive my package?

Metro Manila Deliveries: 2-5 business days (unexpected delays may occur during the quarantine period)

We are now offering same day delivery within Metro Manila, 12nn daily cutoff, Monday through Saturday. You can choose this option during checkout.

How much is shipping?

Orders P1499 and below: Standard shipping is P100

Orders P1500 and above: Free standard shipping nationwide

Same day delivery (Metro Manila): P250

You can sleep easy with our risk-free 30 Night Sleep Trial Policy, try our products in the comfort of your own home today!

Here’s how it works:

Once you’re received your order, you have 30 days to sleep on it. If at any point within the 30 days you are not satisfied, you can return it for store credit. Reward points are not refundable.

*Prior to the first wash, please carefully read the washing instructions. We cannot accept items for return or exchange if items are damaged due to improper wash.

What products can I return?

Items purchased at sale price and mattress toppers are not included in the 30 Night Sleep Trial Policy and cannot be returned, exchanged, and refunded unless they are faulty. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders purchased from third party vendors Lazada, Nest Manila, Knots & Pans, Birch Registries, Zalora and our retail partners such as Rustan's Department Store.  

Kindly contact them directly for their return and exchange policies.

How do I return the item?
