Where can I find your products?

We're first and foremost an online store, you can purchase all our products here on our website. We do have a few selected retail partners, you can find them here.

How do I know what size to order?

Check out our sizing guide here. We carefully selected our sizes to fit standard and deep mattress bed sizes in the Philippines.

Can I purchase just a fitted sheet?

Right now, we don't sell fitted sheets on their own, as they are only included as part of our sets. We invite you to try out our a 3 piece set which includes a fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases. 

Can I purchase extra pillowcases?

Yes! Check out the shop to add an extra pair (or more) pillowcases to your cart.

Do you have duvet covers?

Yes! We're so excited to introduce our duvet covers to complete your bed. Check it out here

How deep are your fitted sheets?

Our bamboo sheets can fit up to 16” in mattress depth and our French Linen can fit up to 15"

Do your sheets wrinkle?

Unlike other bedding brands we ensure that our manufacturing partners do not use any artificial wrinkle-free chemicals. Your luxury bamboo sheets will not wrinkle as much as other cotton products but you may encounter natural wrinkles as part of the washing and drying process.

We recommend hang drying to prevent significant wrinkling. If you use a dryer, we recommend removing your sheets 5 minutes before the cycle ends and hang dry until completely dry.

How do I wash my sheets?

The best way to take care of your bamboo and French linen sheets are to:

Machine wash cold. Do not use bleach. Use mild clear colored detergent. Tumble dry on gentle cycle although we recommend to line dry (avoid prolong exposure to direct sunlight). Low heat iron if necessary.

For oil stains (body oils and lotions) spot clean with a mild dish washing liquid first before machine wash. 

Shipping Concerns 

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays, holidays, and promotional periods).

Metro Manila Deliveries: 2-3 days upon courier pick up (excluding Sundays, holidays, and promotional periods).

Provincial Deliveries: 5-7 days upon courier pick up (excluding Sundays, holidays, and promotional periods).

We also offer same day delivery for an extra P250 (within Metro Manila only, 3PM daily cutoff Monday through Saturday excluding holidays). 

You will receive a tracking code through email to conveniently check the status of your order.
