If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll let you know if changes or cancellations are still possible.

Only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Unfortunately, we can't accept orders for out-of-stock items. If you'd like to know when they'll be available again, feel free to contact us.

Redeeming your Smile Rewards points is easy!

2. Sign in to your account.
3. Click View to see your available rewards.
4. Drag the slider to choose how many points you'd like to redeem.
5. Click Redeem to generate your unique promo code.
6. Apply the promo code at checkout on your next order.

Please note that only one promo code can be used per orderand redeemed points cannot be reversed once a reward code has been generated.

We typically ship orders within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding Sundays, holidays, and promotional periods).

Once your order has been picked up by the courier, estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Manila: 3–4 business days
• Provincial Areas: 6–10 business days via J&T Express

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or your location.

Standard shipping is ₱150 for orders below ₱1,500. Orders ₱1,500 and above qualify for FREE nationwide shipping.

We also offer Same-Day Delivery within Metro Manila for ₱250. Orders must be placed before our 3:00 PM cut-off, Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays), and are subject to rider availability.

We offer a 30-night trial on eligible purchases. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, simply email us at hello@linenandhomes.com or call 0917-812-5183 and our team will guide you through the process.

To be eligible, items must be returned in a clean, washable condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for heavily soiled, damaged, or improperly cared for items.

Approved returns will receive store credit, which can be used toward any purchase on our website. Please note that Smile Rewards points earned or redeemed on the original order are non-refundable.

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges within the 30-night trial period, subject to stock availability.

Thread count works differently for bamboo than it does for cotton.

Our sheets are woven at 300 thread count using 100% bamboo viscose. While that may sound lower than the 800-thread-count cotton sheets you often see, bamboo fibers are finer and naturally softer, so thread counts aren't directly comparable.

A 300 thread count bamboo sheet offers a feel and quality comparable to a much higher thread count cotton sheet—providing a buttery-soft, breathable, and durable sleep experience without the premium price tag.

At the moment, we don't offer fitted sheets on their own. If you're trying our bedding for the first time, we recommend starting with our 3-Piece Sheet Set, which includes 1 fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases—a great way to experience the comfort and quality of our bamboo sheets.

Yes! Bamboo is naturally gentle on the skin, making it a great choice for those with sensitive skin or allergies.

Not all of our products are made from bamboo. While our signature sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are crafted from 100% bamboo viscose, other products are made with carefully selected materials to deliver the best comfort and performance.

For example, our comforters, pillows, mattress protectors, and pillow protectors use premium fabrics and fillings that are designed to provide the right balance of softness, support, breathability, and protection.

The best way to take care of your bamboo and French linen sheets are to:

Machine wash cold. Do not use bleach. Use mild clear colored detergent. Tumble dry on gentle cycle although we recommend to line dry (avoid prolong exposure to direct sunlight). Low heat iron if necessary.

For oil stains (body oils and lotions) spot clean with a mild dish washing liquid first before machine wash.
