I got dismayed. I just return from an out of town engagement and opened my package. This is not my 1st time to order from Linen and Homes, and with additional gift box. The one that I received now was worn-out. The gifts and gift boxes that I use to received when I buy from you is packed individually. But my latest orders were packed as one in plastic bubble wrap. Sending you the pictures as proof. One gift box is okay but the other one is worn-out. 😩

Hi Alpha, so sorry you experienced this. It seems to have been damaged during the shipping, I believe our team was able to send you a newly wrapped set :) Hope it arrived safely to you.

We have already informed our fulfilling team to improve the gift wrapping by individually wrapping the outer boxes to ensure it reaches our customers safely. Thank you so much for the feedback! Your comment helps us make improvements to our customer experience and we truly appreciate it.

Additional Gift Box

*****

Always loved your boxes and ribbon🙂

Worth every penny

Have given out linen & homes as gifts for this season and I'm very happy with the packaging. All my recipients were quite delighted when they received the gifts. I just wish they'd put in the messages since there's an option for a message. 3 out of 4 of my recent purchases didn't even have cards.

Luxe

The blue box is elegant and can be re-used to store knickknacks

So comfy and presentable!

Nice and elegant box and ribbon

Nice gift box

Nice box; clean & elegant look. Perfect for gifting

No ribbon :-(

The boxes did not have ribbons on it. It was just a plain white box (although sturdy) wrapped with cling-wrap.

I love the gift box!

I really love it!

Really elegant gift box. It would be nice if you allow the buyer to choose between the color blue or white next time.

Great box

The box was sturdy. The ribbon was actually inside the box tied around the pillowcase. I hope they gave the option to choose what box.

Perfect gift box

Very elegant looking. I liked it.

Quick answers to the last things you might be wondering.

Yes! Bamboo is naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, helping regulate body temperature to keep you cool and comfortable throughout the night.

Not at all. Our bamboo sheets have a buttery-soft, smooth feel without the slippery sensation often associated with satin fabrics.

Our fitted sheets feature 16" deep pockets and are designed to fit most standard mattresses up to 16" deep. Simply choose the correct mattress size for a snug, secure fit.

We believe so! Our bamboo bedding is crafted for exceptional softness, breathability, and durability, giving you lasting comfort night after night.

Wash on a gentle cycle using a mild liquid detergent, avoid fabric softeners and bleach, and tumble dry on low or line dry. Proper care helps keep your sheets soft and looking their best.
