Damaged Item & Poor Customer Service

I received mine with lots of holes at the back. I’ve messaged them several times and sent an email. They’re customer service is really bad. You’re better off buying bamboo products from Ito. It’s a shame they don’t have more men’s stuff. Ito has better quality products for almost the same price and better customer service too! What a shame, this would have been a great product and I actually really liked it.
